Senior SuperintendentOur client is one of Southern California's most established and respected commercial general contractors, with a strong reputation for delivering complex public and private construction projects for more than four decades. Due to continued growth and an expanding backlog, they are looking to hire an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead high-profile projects in Pasadena and Pacific Palisades.Job DescriptionLead all field operations from mobilization through project completion.Manage project schedules while ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field staff, and project teams.Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Design Teams throughout construction.Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings and oversee project logistics.Enforce company safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance.Review construction documents, identify potential conflicts, and proactively resolve field issues.Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel while fostering a positive jobsite culture.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
