We are looking for someone to manage our team of Superintendents and act as a liaison with our Project Managers, Owners, Clients, Architects, and other invested parties. Performance Objectives

• Lead and support the field teams in end-to-end project execution, from groundbreaking to closing, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Implement best practices that increase efficiency, quality, and sustainability in our commercial developments.
• Act as the key communicator between on-site personnel, clients, and stakeholders to align project vision and objectives.
• Drive the adoption of cutting-edge construction technologies and innovations tailored to client needs.
• Monitor adherence to safety standards and legal compliance to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
• Analyze project outcomes and offer insights and improvements for refinement in future endeavors.
