Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for assigned projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee site safety, enforcing compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Mentor and manage on-site team members to ensure optimal performance.

Profile

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
