Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer to lead our Post‑SMT (surface mount technology) processes and support team at the Jefferson Road Operations Center. In this dual technical‑leadership role, you will guide a team responsible for through‑hole assembly, depanelization, soldering processes, and related automated equipment-while also driving process development, continuous improvement, and technical problem‑solving initiatives. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with operations, quality, engineering, and cross-functional groups to ensure our PCBA production lines meet quality, yield, and reliability expectations.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $73,000 - $135,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
