Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. The Senior Supplier Quality Engineer – EEE Parts Specialist serves as the primary technical interface between tactical programs, external customers, and the supply chain for Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical (EEE) parts. This specialized role combines supplier quality engineering expertise with deep knowledge of aerospace EEE parts requirements, guiding customers and internal programs through development phases from concept through qualification and production.
This position is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and EEE parts meet established quality standards and rigorous space flight and defense requirements, while supporting customer success in navigating complex procurement, screening, qualification, and traceability requirements. The role requires exceptional technical communication skills to translate complex aerospace standards into actionable guidance for customers, suppliers, and internal teams alike.
