    Job Description

    About the role

At Bluecrux, we’re redefining the future of supply chains. As a Senior Supply Chain Consultant, you will partner with clients to assess their end-to-end planning capabilities and lead them through transformation across Planning, Operations, Master Data, Inventory, and Supply Chain Systems. By combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you’ll help clients strengthen decision-making, and implement more scalable and modern ways of working.

Clients will turn to you for your depth of expertise, clear communication, and credibility—trusting you to bring structure, insight, and direction to their most complex supply chain challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supply Chain Assessment & Diagnostics

    • Analyze clients’ current supply chain processes, inventory policies, and system landscapes across industries such as life sciences, food & beverage, and manufacturing.

    • Identify root causes, data quality issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities using structured frameworks and data-driven insights.

    Future-State Process & Solution Design

    • Co-create improved demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management processes.

    • Develop future-state operating models, decision frameworks, and process documentation grounded in best practices.

    Client Engagement & Facilitation

    • Lead or support workshops, discovery sessions, and design meetings, ensuring discussions are productive and aligned.

    • Communicate complex concepts clearly and credibly to planners, managers, and senior stakeholders.

    • Manage expectations with maturity and guide clients through ambiguous or evolving situations.

    Road mapping & Transformation Planning

    • Translate assessments into actionable recommendations and detailed transformation roadmaps.

    • Define priorities, dependencies, and value drivers across process, data, and system improvement initiatives.

    Support Technology-Enabled Transformation

    • Provide functional expertise for system consolidation efforts or planning tool implementations.

    • Contribute to requirements definition, design reviews, testing support, and adoption planning.

    Change Adoption & Capability Building

    • Assist clients in building sustainable planning capabilities through training materials, process documentation, and practical coaching.

    • Support communication and change management efforts that ensure long-term success.
