This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and driving continuous improvement in a fast -paced supply chain environment.<\/span>

Schedule: Hybrid (3 -4 days in office/week)<\/span>
<\/p>

What You’ll Do<\/span>
<\/p>

In this role you will own end -to -end supply planning for finished goods in a fast -paced CPG environment, serve as the critical link between demand, inventory, and suppliers to ensure product availability, manage risk and optimize cost and service levels.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/p>

• Lead supply planning and purchase/transfer order management<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Optimize inventory to prevent stockouts and excess<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Manage vendor performance and resolve supply issues<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Analyze forecasts, supply risks, and KPIs to drive improvements<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Develop planning tools, dashboards, and process enhancements<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support cost -reduction and continuous improvement initiatives<\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

  What We Are Looking For<\/span>
  <\/p>

  Qualifications<\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • 5+ years of supply or production planning experience, preferably in a CPG environment<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Advanced Excel and ERP/inventory systems experience<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred <\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    • Inventory turns and stockout rate (≤2%)<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • PO accuracy and cycle time<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Forecast accuracy and on -time delivery<\/span>
