As a Senior Supply Planner at Oura, you will play a central role in connecting business demand with supply execution as we scale our global operations. You will translate commercial priorities into actionable production and inventory plans while balancing capacity, service levels, and operational constraints. In this role, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Logistics partners to drive alignment, manage trade-offs,and support inventory allocation while providing clear, data-driven visibility into supply performance to support informed decision-making across the business. This position requires a proactive, analytical planner who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of supply decisions, and effectively influences cross-functional partners.This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office with the expectation to be onsite 2 - 3 days per week.What you will do:Coordination & Supply Planning StrategyOwn the end-to-end production plan, balancing demand, capacity, lead times, and inventory targetsAssess and communicate supply and capacity risks, driving mitigation plans in partnership with cross-functional teamsBuild and maintain clear visibility into supply performance, constraints, and recovery plans through data-driven dashboards and metrics to support leadership decision-making.Support continuous improvement of supply planning processes and tools.Production Planning & Contract Manufacturing PartnershipManage production plans and capacity or material prioritization directly with contract manufacturersSupport new product introductions (NPI) by partnering with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth ramp and production readinessMonitor CM performance, identify risks to supply output, and lead issue resolutionServe as a primary supply planning point of contact for CM-related planning decisionsInventory Planning & AllocationBuild and manage inventory plans aligned with demand, production constraints, and service level targetsPartner with Retail, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams to manage inventory allocation across retail, ecommerce, and B2B channelsOptimize and rebalance inventory across Oura's supply chain network to maintain target inventory levels while supporting service goals and strategic objectives.Maintain visibility into inventory positions and future availability through reporting on inventory levels, CM performance, and supply risks to proactively prevent stockouts and minimize excess.We would love to have you on our team if you have:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply or Inventory Planning, or a related fieldA background or familiarity with consumer electronics or consumer goods spaceProficiency in supply chain management software and toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsDetail-oriented, very well organized, and data-drivenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefitsAt Oura, we care about you and your well-being.
