Location: On-site, White Plains, NY
Contract: 6 months (potential for extension or conversion to full-time)
Pay: $30–$35/hr
Start: Interviews ASAP; project begins in 6–7 weeks (training and onboarding in advance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely guide on-site technicians in configuring and troubleshooting network and store equipment.
- Follow runbooks and provide expert support for any deviations or issues during deployments.
- Document and escalate issues as needed, but able to resolve most problems independently.
- Participate in training and test runs to ensure full understanding of processes and technology stack.
- Shift: Weekdays on-site, with weekend cutover support (flexibility required; some weeks may involve 6–7 days of work).
Requirements:- 2+ years of IT support or deployment experience (not entry-level).
- Strong troubleshooting skills; able to diagnose network and device issues without immediate escalation.
- Experience with switches, routers, and familiarity with VLANs (Ubiquiti experience is a plus).
- CompTIA Network+ or similar certification preferred.
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly with field techs.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus, but not required.
