Job Summary:
The Senior Sustainability & Risk Specialist is responsible for leading supplier sustainability assessment, compliance, and risk management activities that support supplier qualification and ongoing monitoring programs. Leveraging expertise in audit and assessment frameworks, supplier risk evaluation, and sustainability compliance requirements, this role reviews supplier documentation, identifies potential risks, and provides recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Who Should Apply?
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Education and Training
Knowledge and Skills
5+ years of experience in sustainability, compliance, auditing, risk management, supplier assessment, or a related field
Experience reviewing policies, management systems, assessments, audits, certifications, or compliance documentation
Familiarity with sustainability standards, audit frameworks, and supplier risk management practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to interpret technical requirements and communicate findings to diverse audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical knowledge of the ISNetworld platform is a plus

Onsite Requirements: Employees must be within a commutable distance to the office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings. Employees are required to be in-person during training and at least 4 days per week on an ongoing basis.
