Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering. Required Qualifications: Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Requirements:

5+ years of professional software development experience, including strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET application development.
Strong experience designing and developing database-driven applications using SQL Server or comparable relational database platforms.
Proficiency with database programming concepts, including stored procedures, functions, indexing, query optimization, transactions, and data modeling.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and software development lifecycle practices.
Experience with source control systems such as Git and modern development workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across application code, database logic, and runtime environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
