    Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

    Leo-Lens is pioneering agentic AI for satellite network diagnostics to report, troubleshoot and mitigate issues across our satellite and E2E network stack, automate workflows for ecommerce and mission operations and other product /developer use cases. Were seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to lead engineering teams building the next generation of AI-powered diagnostic capabilities.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead engineering teams responsible for agent development, data integration, and platform services. • Technical design and architecture of agentic AI solutions and applications to Leo. • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team initiatives including infrastructure migrations and platform improvements. • Build and scale engineering teams through effective hiring, onboarding, and talent development. • Drive prioritization across workstreams, balancing stability with feature development. • Partner with product, security, and operations teams to deliver customer-facing AI features. • Establish mechanisms for cross-team coordination, integration testing, and engineering excellence. • Own relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment on technical roadmap.
