    The Opportunity:

Join a high‑impact Infrastructure Team where you’ll support mission‑critical environments across OpenStack, AWS, and VMware—focusing exclusively on Linux virtual machines. In this role, you’ll work both collaboratively and independently, contributing to customer success while expanding your expertise in VM management, DevOps, automation, and cloud hosting technologies.

You’ll gain deep exposure to our product ecosystem, broaden your Linux administration capabilities, and have room to explore specialized areas like Kubernetes, automation, and certificate management. Ideal applicants bring strong Linux fundamentals, solid Sys Admin experience, and a continuous‑learning mindset.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute core Sys Admin tasks, including server certificate lifecycle management, VM health monitoring, software updates (manual and YUM‑repo based), and ensuring all systems meet enterprise security standards.

    • Monitor and manage production Linux VMs—both standalone and those integrated into Kubernetes clusters—across multiple hosting platforms.

    • Partner closely with customers and development teams to meet product needs ranging from simple VM changes to complex cluster builds.

    • Perform DevOps‑oriented tasks such as running and maintaining Ansible playbooks, pushing configuration updates, and monitoring Kubernetes clusters using Rancher or kubectl to ensure node and pod health.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • An active NSA TS/SCI with Polygraph

    • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills

    • Experience or exposure to Ansible

    • Hands-on experience managing and securing VMs (STE/STN)

    • Active Security+ Certification (required for all Infrastructure Team members)

    • 15 years of Sys Admin experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity

    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline OR an additional 5 years of Sys Admin experience may be substituted for the degree

    Desired:

    • Experience with CentOS or RHEL

    • PKI or server certificate setup

    • Kubernetes administration experience

    • AWS familiarity (e.g., EC2, RDS)

    • OpenStack exposure
