About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to support advanced Research and Development lab environments focused on server infrastructure, hardware operations, test automation support, and enterprise systems administration.
This is a highly hands-on role that combines traditional systems administration with hardware deployment, infrastructure troubleshooting, lab operations, and environment management. You'll support physical hardware, virtualized systems, operating systems, automation environments, and internal lab operations within fast-paced engineering and development ecosystems.
You'll collaborate closely with engineering, development, infrastructure, and operations teams to maintain reliable hardware, networking, virtualization, and operating systems across test and development environments. You'll also contribute to lab expansion, hardware lifecycle management, automation support, infrastructure planning, and operational improvements.

Compensation
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $38.46 to $48.08 USD per hour, with a midpoint of $43.27 USD per hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.

This role requires 100% onsite work within the assigned Research and Development lab environment.
