Position Overview
The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise systems, integrations, and data to support sales and business performance. This role partners with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system functionality, high data quality, and scalable processes.
The position drives continuous improvement by streamlining workflows, enhancing user experience, and supporting system adoption through training and troubleshooting. It also leads reporting and analytics efforts, delivering insights that inform sales strategy and decision-making.
As a strategic partner, this role oversees system projects, manages tools and vendors, and recommends technology solutions that improve efficiency and support long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
System Integration & Architecture: Collaborate with IT and external vendors to manage ERP and enterprise system integrations, ensuring data integrity, seamless processes and support for ongoing future system enhancements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and enhance user experience to increase productivity and adoption.
User Support & Enablement: Act as a senior point of contact for users, troubleshooting issues, providing training, and driving adherence to standardized processes.
Analytics & Reporting Strategy: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide actionable insights into pipeline performance, pricing, customer behavior, and sales effectiveness.
Governance & Data Quality: Establish and enforce data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across data platforms.
Project Leadership: Lead or support system-related projects including new feature rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades, coordinating across cross-functional teams.
Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate and manage third-party applications and tools to ensure alignment with business objectives and ROI.
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by recommending technology-driven improvements that support sales strategy and long-term business goals
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field with a focus on application development
Experience supporting, administering, or developing within Salesforce environments.
Experience in application development and integration platform management
Programming familiarity in .Net, Progress or another 4GL programming language.
Ability to influence & execute across multiple departments in a matrixed organization.
Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders who may have competing interests, team player focused.
Proven project leadership and critical thinking skills; ability to manage time effectively on several simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability for minimal travel.
