The Senior Systems Analyst (Operations) <\/b>is responsible for supporting the day -to -day operations, maintenance, monitoring, and reliability of complex enterprise systems. This role focuses on system stability, batch processing, application performance, infrastructure support, and incident resolution<\/b> across cloud and on -premise environments.

Install, configure, manage, and support Informatica PowerCenter, including mappings, workflows, jobs, and ETL processes<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Assess the impact of system upgrades and perform troubleshooting related to Informatica components<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Identify and resolve system outages, installation issues, and application errors in Java -based applications running in AWS<\/b>
<\/b><\/p><\/li>
Generate, install, and manage SSL certificates and PGP keys<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Configure and manage batch schedules using Control -M or equivalent scheduling tools<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Restore services and manage users, access controls, and governance processes
<\/p><\/li>
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Red Hat JBoss, Fuse, Apache, and Tomcat servers<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Perform system troubleshooting by reviewing application and system logs using tools such as Splunk<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Read, understand, and enhance scripts related to applications, batch jobs, and web services<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Work with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins<\/b> to automate code check -in and build processes
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor and configure application performance and alerting tools
<\/p><\/li>
Support production releases and ensure compliance with change management standards
<\/p><\/li>
Perform scheduled maintenance activities, including patching, tuning, and backups
<\/p><\/li>
Execute and monitor daily batch operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
<\/p><\/li>
Perform capacity planning and scalability analysis<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Manage incidents and change requests using tools such as JIRA Service Desk<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Participate in on -call and rotation -based shift coverage
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Minimum 3 years<\/b> of experience performing Informatica PowerCenter operations, administration, or troubleshooting<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Minimum 3 years<\/b> of experience as a batch operator using Control -M or equivalent tools<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Minimum 2 years<\/b> of experience working with PostgreSQL or similar database environments<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Experience supporting healthcare, insurance, or health and human services systems
<\/p><\/li>
Demonstrated analytical skills and experience working in complex system environments
<\/p><\/li>
Experience with application and batch integration<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with databases and SQL functions<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical teams
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
5+ years<\/b> of experience supporting daily operations of complex enterprise systems<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
5+ years<\/b> of experience managing batch job configurations and schedules<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Experience troubleshooting application issues in JBoss/Tomcat environments hosted on AWS<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Experience supporting large -scale infrastructure and providing risk mitigation recommendations
<\/p><\/li>
Experience configuring and managing Control -M or similar batch tools<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Experience managing cloud -hosted web -based systems
<\/p><\/li>
Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Understanding of Java runtime concepts such as heap memory, garbage collection, and thread management<\/b>
<\/b><\/p><\/li>
Experience working within structured project management and change control frameworks
