  • Drive alignment across stakeholders on scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies
  • Own user story validation and sign-off, ensuring delivered solutions meet requirements and quality standards
  • Analyze complex systems, data models, and workflows to recommend scalable solution approaches
  • Lead identification and management of risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across initiatives
  • Support and influence architectural and design discussions with engineering teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process, system, and client experience improvements
  • Participate in and support end-to-end testing and validation activities

  • Strong experience in requirements analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery practices
  • Understanding of enterprise platforms, including Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Proven ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, well-structured solutions
  • Strong experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and influencing decisions across teams
  • Experience managing product backlogs using tools like JIRA and Confluence

  • Ability to understand system architecture and interact effectively with development teams
  • Experience leading refinement sessions, defining acceptance criteria, and applying ATDD practices
  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment
