Summary
We're seeking a Senior Systems Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise systems, applications, and integrations. This role is highly strategic, focused on building scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that align with business and IT priorities.
You'll partner with leadership, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to shape system architecture, guide implementations, and drive modernization through cloud, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and define enterprise system architectures across applications, integrations, and infrastructure
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions
• Lead architecture efforts across key initiatives, ensuring alignment from design through delivery
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders and present architectural recommendations to leadership
• Guide engineering teams to ensure solutions align with approved designs
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve system performance, scalability, and interoperability
• Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, automation, and AI-enabled operations
• Maintain clear, accurate architecture documentation and system diagrams

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, solution architecture, or related roles
• Strong experience designing enterprise systems and application architectures
• Deep understanding of integration patterns (APIs, messaging, ETL) and system interoperability
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including PaaS and serverless architectures
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components (compute, storage, virtualization)
• Familiarity with databases, data modeling, and data flow design
• Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders

• Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, scripting languages)
• Background in microservices, containerization, or cloud-native architectures
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to AIOps or AI-driven operational tooling
• ITIL v4 certification
• TOGAF certification
