Responsibilities

  • Cloud Migration & Architecture: Support cloud migration efforts and contribute to cloud architecture initiatives.

  • Strategic Roadmap: Assist in developing and documenting the strategic roadmap for our products.

  • Technical Debt: Help manage and reduce technical debt within our systems.

  • Application Redevelopment: Evaluate current applications and plan for future redevelopment efforts.

  • Documentation: Support the documentation of plans and strategies to ensure clear communication and execution.

Qualifications

Required

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.

  • Twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

    • Alternatively, an additional five (5) years of SE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.

Desired

  • Strong background in software development to enhance our engineering capabilities.

  • A proactive approach to evaluating and improving current and future applications.

  • Working knowledge of cloud architecture, cloud technologies, and vendor cloud solutions.

  • Experience developing system development and supporting roadmaps and strategic plans.

  • Background supporting SEAMREAPER customer missions.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$131,800 - $290,000
