US: Hiring Range in USD from $35.63 to $71.30 per hour; from: $74,100 to $148,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle''s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems supporting production healthcare workloads.
  • Design, implement, and support highly available enterprise infrastructure solutions that support Oracle Health Managed Services customers and mission-critical healthcare applications.
  • Serve as a senior technical resource for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), including architecture, deployment, lifecycle management, upgrades, and operational support.
  • Administer and optimize VMware vCenter environments, ensuring performance, scalability, availability, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Manage Cisco Intersight infrastructure operations, including server lifecycle management, hardware monitoring, policy administration, and automation initiatives.
  • Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments, including application delivery, desktop virtualization, performance optimization, and user experience improvements.
  • Manage Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, including Active Directory integration, Group Policy administration, patch management, and system hardening.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server environments, ensuring database availability, performance, backup integrity, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Lead complex infrastructure projects, including platform migrations, technology refreshes, capacity planning, and modernization efforts.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using scripting and infrastructure-as-code methodologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and capacity across compute, storage, virtualization, and database platforms, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including networking, security, database, application, and cloud engineering teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities for critical production environments.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, architecture diagrams, and knowledge articles.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices across infrastructure operations.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements applicable to healthcare and managed services environments.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide escalation support for critical infrastructure services.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
