Overview
VTG is a patriotic DSP Algorithms RF Systems Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD. This position will support a mission-focused customer developing, deploying, and maintaining Radio Frequency processing systems.
Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, making this an exceptional opportunity to join a mission-critical team supporting national security initiatives.

What will you do?
Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) systems with understanding of analog to digital dataflow and conversion processes
Access production Nifi and ensure that inbound data is operational/flowing correctly.
Data management requests (DMRs) and change (DCRs) submissions.
Preliminary system design with capability to explain system design to stakeholders
Coordinate any data samples needed.
Prior experience with requesting IPs be added to System Security Plans
Ensure there are no backlogs/errors of data.
Assist customers with data formatting issues.
Experience with creating and updating engineering and RF antenna drawings and network diagrams
Capable of creating dataflow diagrams documenting the network connections required for system functionality
Experience with Confluence/Jira used for communication and documentation

VTG's estimated starting pay range is $100K-$150K annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
