- Leadadvancedtroubleshooting,rootcauseanalysis,majorincidentresponse,andlong-termremediationefforts.
- Design,implement,andsupportMicrosoftIntuneenvironments,includingdevicemanagement,WindowsAutopilot,compliancepolicies,applicationdeployment,andendpointsecurity.
- AdministerandoptimizeMicrosoft365environments,includingExchangeOnline,Teams,SharePoint,OneDrive,Defender,andEntraID.

- 5+yearsofexperienceinITsupport,systemsadministration,engineering,orManagedServices(MSP)environments.

CompensationHourlyPayRange:$30.00-$33.00perhour Actualcompensationisbasedonexperience,technicalexpertise,certifications,skills,andotherjob-relatedfactors.
