Senior Systems Engineer – Onsite Opportunity for Innovators in Electro-Mechanical Systems

Are you a seasoned Systems Engineer passionate about advancing complex electro-mechanical devices? Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in complex systems design, development, and testing
  • Strong proficiency in risk and requirements management
  • Excellent technical writing skills, including protocols and detailed reports
  • Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, including TMV, DoE, and data analysis with Python
  • Ability to develop and troubleshoot test beds and analyze sensor data
  • Effective troubleshooting skills and the capability to manage defect lifecycles
  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in FDA or FAA regulated environments is highly desirable
  • Background in the medical device industry or similar regulated sectors
  • Knowledge of digital sensor outputs and data analysis
  • Familiarity with manufacturing process development

Educational & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software Engineering
  • At least 8 years of hands-on engineering experience
  • Prior experience in regulated industries (medical device or aviation standards) is a strong plus

Additional Requirements:
  • This is an onsite position requiring full-time presence
  • Flexibility in work hours; standard hours are 9:00am–5:00pm MT, adaptable upon discussion
  • Willingness to participate in virtual interviews and potentially two rounds of interviews
