Senior Systems Engineer Onsite Opportunity for Innovators in Electro-Mechanical Systems

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in complex systems design, development, and testing
- Strong proficiency in risk and requirements management
- Excellent technical writing skills, including protocols and detailed reports
- Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, including TMV, DoE, and data analysis with Python
- Ability to develop and troubleshoot test beds and analyze sensor data
- Effective troubleshooting skills and the capability to manage defect lifecycles
- Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in FDA or FAA regulated environments is highly desirable
- Background in the medical device industry or similar regulated sectors
- Knowledge of digital sensor outputs and data analysis
- Familiarity with manufacturing process development
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software Engineering
- At least 8 years of hands-on engineering experience
- Prior experience in regulated industries (medical device or aviation standards) is a strong plus
Additional Requirements:
- This is an onsite position requiring full-time presence
- Flexibility in work hours; standard hours are 9:00am5:00pm MT, adaptable upon discussion
- Willingness to participate in virtual interviews and potentially two rounds of interviews
