Senior Systems Engineer Onsite Opportunity for Innovators in Electro-Mechanical Systems

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in complex systems design, development, and testing
Strong proficiency in risk and requirements management
Excellent technical writing skills, including protocols and detailed reports
Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, including TMV, DoE, and data analysis with Python
Ability to develop and troubleshoot test beds and analyze sensor data
Effective troubleshooting skills and the capability to manage defect lifecycles
Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in FDA or FAA regulated environments is highly desirable
Background in the medical device industry or similar regulated sectors
Knowledge of digital sensor outputs and data analysis
Familiarity with manufacturing process development
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software Engineering
At least 8 years of hands-on engineering experience
Prior experience in regulated industries (medical device or aviation standards) is a strong plus
Additional Requirements:
This is an onsite position requiring full-time presence
Flexibility in work hours; standard hours are 9:00am5:00pm MT, adaptable upon discussion
Willingness to participate in virtual interviews and potentially two rounds of interviews
