Role: Senior Systems Engineer Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our IT Engineering team and play a key role in modernizing, securing, and optimizing our enterprise technology platforms. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, automating, and supporting Microsoft 365 and enterprise infrastructure technologies. The primary focus includes Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Endpoint management. Additionally, the role supports Azure cloud services, Active Directory, Windows and Linux servers, Windows endpoints, Patch management, and NAS/SAN storage platforms.
Must Have: Microsoft 365 Administration (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune), PowerShell Scripting, Microsoft Graph API & REST APIs, Microsoft Entra ID (IAM, RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA), SharePoint Online Architecture, Cybersecurity & M365 Security (CIS Hardening)
Required:- Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 services and administration
- Strong experience with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, including site design, document libraries, permissions, metadata, and information architecture
- Strong cybersecurity mindset with a security-first approach to solution design and administration
Preferred:- Experience with Azure storage account, NAS, SAN storage systems
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, and MFA
- CIS hardening for M365 services
