Job Summary

A Program Analyst supporting Business & Site Readiness for the Propel rollout operates as a central coordination and analytics hub to ensure the organization is operationally prepared for go live. This role is responsible for establishing structured tracking mechanisms, maintaining visibility across readiness activities, and synthesizing complex program data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making. The analyst works across multiple teams including business leads, SCRUM teams, and readiness stakeholders to monitor deliverables, track dependencies, and identify risks or gaps that may impact readiness. By translating execution-level detail into executive-ready reporting, the Program Analyst enables informed, business-led decisions tied to readiness milestones and go/no-go criteria.

The main objective is to help the hiring manager and leadership team manage the operational complexity of the rollout by organizing, tracking, and communicating readiness activities across multiple teams.

Overall, this is best suited for candidates with backgrounds in ERP/SAP PMO support, business readiness, change management, program coordination, implementation readiness, or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. Candidates with 5 7 years of experience in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and project tracking within enterprise programs would align well with the expectations of the role.
