This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive on solving complex issuesand driving improvements.What You will DoManage support tickets and escalations through ServiceNow prioritizing and resolving incidents Lead storage administration allocation backup recovery tape services SMS HSM and third-party tools e.g. FDROversee upgrades of third-party software performance tuning and investigations for mainframe environments zOSCollaborate with infrastructure teams application programmers and cross-functional partnersQualificationsHands-on experience with SMS HSM DS8000 TS7700Mainframe storage administration expertiseProven zOS systems programming and storage administration backgroundAbility to participate in on-call rotationOur job titles may span more than one career level.
