Senior Systems Specialist, Business Development Platforms

A top-tier, globally respected law firm is seeking a technically strong Senior Systems Specialist, Business Development Platforms to support and enhance its business development and marketing technology. About the Role
As a member of the Information Technology department, you will partner with Business Development, IT, and outside vendors to maintain and improve the firm's BD technology stack. You will serve as the primary technical resource across core BD platforms, with a strong emphasis on legal CRM systems, translating business needs into practical solutions and helping shape the firm's BD technology roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Serve as administrator and subject matter expert for BD and marketing technology platforms, including CRM systems, experience management, email and automation tools, and event platforms
- Translate BD objectives into technical requirements using Agile methodologies
- Partner with vendors, IT, and cross functional teams on enhancements, product roadmaps, and release testing
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations across the BD technology ecosystem, connecting CRM, website, analytics, HR/finance systems, and marketing automation platforms
- Lead configuration, permissions, workflow development, and platform optimization
- Build reporting logic, dashboards, and analytics that deliver actionable insights to BD leadership
- Provide advanced platform support and technical troubleshooting
- Develop training materials and coach BD professionals on effective platform usage
- Contribute to short and long term BD technology roadmaps
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years supporting CRM, marketing, business development, or other enterprise platforms, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience with CRM platforms such as InterAction, Intapp DealCloud, Salesforce, or similar
- Familiarity with BD technologies such as Litera Foundation Experience, Introhive, Vuture, or comparable tools
- Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel; basic SQL and Power Automate experience a plus
- A track record managing technology implementations, rollouts, and change initiatives
- Curiosity about AI powered tools and their application in BD and marketing
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing competing priorities in a deadline driven environment
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $140,000 to $160,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and health club discounts.
