Bala is hiring an experienced building technology systems designer to work onsite in our Wayne, PA office. The position partners with our existing enterprise technology team to develop our tri-state offerings which are positioned for growth.   

The Senior Systems Specialist – Technology will have a telecommunications and security discipline focus across corporate, education, healthcare and multifamily projects and will be responsible for supporting Bala’s project design delivery, business development and thought leadership efforts.

The Senior Systems Specialist is responsible for the planning, design, documentation, and coordination of building technology systems, with a focus on telecommunications infrastructure and physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and related low-voltage systems. This role supports projects from programming through construction administration, working closely with architects, MEP engineers, technology stakeholders, and clients to deliver coordinated, code-compliant, and resilient building systems.
