This is executive-facing systems ownership in an elite, performance-driven environment.What You'll Own: Executive & Leadership Technology SupportProvide white-glove, first-line support to executive leadership and senior stakeholdersDeliver rapid, discreet troubleshooting in high-pressure scenariosEnsure seamless executive device performance and secure remote accessProactively identify and mitigate technology risks before they impact leadershipSupport executive meetings, conferencing platforms, and collaboration toolsMaintain absolute professionalism and confidentiality in all interactionsAdminister Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDriveManage executive mailbox configurations and complex mail flow scenariosConfigure and enforce Conditional Access, MFA, and Defender policiesSupport compliance, retention, and secure access standardsIdeal Background: 7+ years of progressive IT experienceExperience supporting C-suite or senior leadership in high-visibility environmentsBackground in financial services, professional services, private enterprise, or other performance-driven organizations preferredExecutive presence, discretion, and polished communication skillsWhy It This Role Different?
