    Job Title: Senior Systems Technical Analyst Jersey City, NJ (100% Onsite)
    Location: Jersey City, NJ (100% Onsite)
    Employment Type: Contract
    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a Senior Systems Technical Analyst with strong experience in application, system, and platform integrations to join our Capital Partners Technology team. This role will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications and integration solutions.
    The ideal candidate will have deep experience analyzing system-to-system data flows, integration patterns, workflow processes, and technical requirements across complex enterprise environments. This position will primarily support the Business Process Management (BPM) ecosystem and requires close collaboration with developers, architects, QA teams, project managers, and business partners throughout the full software development lifecycle.
    Experience with SEI platforms, including SEI SWP Accounting, is a plus but not required.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Analyze, document, and support integrations between applications, systems, and platforms, focusing on data movement, orchestration, and workflow execution.
    • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
    • Create integration documentation including:
      • API-based integrations
      • Batch and file-based data integrations
      • Direct ODBC/database-driven integrations
      • Point-to-point and middleware-based interfaces
    • Support BPM workflows, process modeling, and system interactions across upstream and downstream applications.
    • Develop understanding of orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, including scheduling, dependencies, monitoring, and error handling.
    • Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and QA teams to define and validate technical solutions.
    • Support integration testing, SIT/UAT testing, and validation of data flows across multiple environments.
    • Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for integration and data-related issues.
    • Maintain technical documentation, workflows, methodology documents, and issue tracking logs.
    • Contribute to process improvements and best practices within analysis and delivery teams.
    Required Qualifications:
    • 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar role.
    • Strong experience analyzing and documenting system integrations and end-to-end data flows.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and integration specifications.
    • Hands-on experience with:
      • APIs
      • File-based integrations
      • Relational databases
      • SQL
      • Data mapping and interface documentation
    • Experience supporting Agile development environments and integration testing (SIT/UAT).
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business teams.
    • Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as:
      • Microsoft Office Suite
      • Confluence
      • Jira
      • qTest
    • Ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools, and technologies.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with SEI platforms, including SEI SWP Accounting.
    • Experience working with Business Process Management (BPM) tools and workflow-based systems.
    • Familiarity with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration/scheduling tools.
    • Experience within financial services, private banking, investment management, or capital markets environments.
    Work Location: Jersey City, NJ – Onsite Role (5 Days/Week)
