IT Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Atlanta, GA 30309 (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $70–$75/hour

Duration: 10-Month Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter / Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for technology and IT professionals in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a strategic recruiter with strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management experience, and a proven ability to identify, engage, and hire top technical talent.

The selected candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, manage active requisitions, build candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Recruit for a variety of IT and technology roles across areas such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, business systems, technical support, and project management.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified technical talent to support immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.
  • Develop comprehensive search strategies, including role specifications, sourcing plans, screening criteria, timelines, and interview frameworks.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on recruiting plans, position requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles.
  • Identify and implement creative, effective, and cost-efficient sourcing strategies to attract passive and active technical talent.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, external resume databases, job boards, networking channels, and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage top candidates.
  • Leverage market intelligence and talent insights to provide guidance on candidate availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Manage internal and external job postings across company career sites and relevant third-party platforms.
  • Partner with external search firms or vendors as needed for specialized or hard-to-fill searches.
  • Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive offers across various levels of seniority.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and strong follow-through.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 5+ years of dedicated experience recruiting IT, technical, or technology professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical recruiting strategies and competitive IT talent markets.
  • Experience recruiting across a range of technology disciplines, such as:

  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Working knowledge of HR and recruiting practices, including compensation, benefits, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, senior stakeholders, and candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for enterprise IT, consulting, fintech, healthcare technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional services environments.
  • Experience using Workday or a similar applicant tracking system.
  • Strong consultative approach with the ability to advise hiring managers on talent market conditions and recruiting strategy.
  • Experience supporting senior-level, niche, or hard-to-fill technical searches.
  • Prior experience working in a contract, corporate, or RPO recruiting environment.
