The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is the senior most individual contributor role on the Talent Acquisition team and plays a vital role in driving Badger's talent acquisition efforts on a nationwide/global scale, with a specific focus on a specialized function (Sales, IT, Finance, Engineering, Fleet, Procurement, Safety). This role is responsible for designing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives, establishing strong relationships with hiring managers, and leveraging advanced sourcing techniques to attract and pipeline top-tier talent. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner contributes to the growth and success of Badger by delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences to meet Badger's specialized staffing needs while also serving as a mentor for Talent Acquisition Partners and Coordinators.

What You''ll Be Doing:
- Operates as a subject matter expert (SME) and develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with Badger's goals, focusing on the position's specialized function of support focusing on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and industry best practices.
- Recommends recruitment strategies, processes, standards, tools, and platforms to enhance the organization''s talent acquisition efforts.
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, engage and pipeline high quality candidates across the nation. This includes the requisition intake, advanced sourcing techniques (including targeted searches, direct sourcing, social media, industry networking, and partnerships), screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation processes.
- Represents Badger, the hiring function, and hiring manager to prospective employees and agencies.
- Mentors and guides Talent Acquisition Partners and Coordinators, fostering a culture of professional development, continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
- Assesses candidate qualifications, skills, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization, utilizing behavioral, situational, and competency-based interview techniques.
What You''ll Need For Success:
- Education: Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate environment, including demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.
- Technical recruiting experience preferred.
- Proven track record (3+ years) in leading and executing talent acquisition strategies for Sales, Finance, Engineering, and/or IT roles, preferably on nationwide or global scale.
- Experience in utilizing data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and continuous improvement Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and employer branding.
- In-depth knowledge of interview techniques, assessment methods, and employment laws.
- Strong understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques and competency-based assessment methods.
- The role requires mobility within work environments, use of office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, clear vision and hearing, effective communication skills, and occasional travel for meetings and training sessions.
