We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and talent pipeline development. The ideal candidate has extensive sourcing experience and a proven track record recruiting engineering, technical, or other professional talent.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation through offer acceptance.
Create and maintain job postings while ensuring compliance and consistency.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics.
Utilize ATS, CRM, Power BI, SharePoint, and other recruiting technologies.
Support offer development and compensation discussions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO, AAP, and OFCCP regulations.
Lead and support recruiting-related process improvements and change initiatives.
Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably recruiting engineering or technical professionals.
Extensive sourcing experience with a strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience using ATS and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
5+ years of progressive recruiting experience preferred.
Experience supporting professional, technical, or engineering recruitment efforts is highly desired.
Additional Requirements
Must reside within 50 miles of Overland Park, KS.
Ability to work onsite five days per week.
Must successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screen.
