Job Summary

GTT is seeking a Senior Talent Advocate to join our internal recruiting team. This role supports non-IT staffing verticals including Engineering, Pharma, Medical Device, Construction, and Creative, with US shift hours (approximately 6/7 PM to 3/4 AM IST). The position will be based in Bhopal, with consideration given to strong non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively support at least 3 open requisitions at any given time while maintaining a 24-hour turnaround time per requirement and achieving a minimum of 5 quality submittals per week
• Conduct thorough candidate phone screens and document detailed screening notes in the ATS
• Recruit across multiple industries and skill sets simultaneously
• Work independently during US shift hours
• Be comfortable discussing past placements, recruiting metrics, and overall performance during the interview process, and able to provide 2 3 professional references upon request

Required Skills

• US Staffing recruiting experience (Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma/Medical Device/Construction/Creative); domestic recruiting experience will be considered in lieu of US staffing experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries and skill sets simultaneously
• Ability to support multiple clients and skills concurrently
• Excellent attention to detail, and verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to work US shift hours

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with VMS/MSP clients
• Experience using JobDiva for resume sourcing
• Experience recruiting for contract and contract-to-hire positions
• Can support all job types contract, contract to hire, permanent placements

Required Experience

• Minimum 6 12 months of Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma/Medical Device/Construction/Creative US Recruiting experience (domestic recruiting experience will be considered in lieu of US staffing experience)
