    EPAM is looking for a Senior Talent Attraction Marketing Specialist to elevate our employer brand and attract top tech talent in Georgia (Tbilisi Office).

    In this role, you will independently lead local Talent Attraction Marketing initiatives from planning through execution and evaluation. You will develop marketing campaigns and content, organize and participate in external tech events, support university and early-career initiatives and adapt regional and global projects for the Georgian market.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and regularly review Georgia's Talent Attraction Marketing strategy, aligned with business needs and hiring priorities

    • Adapt regional and global employer branding solutions and messages to the Georgian market and local target audiences

    • Strengthen EPAM's employer brand through talent attraction campaigns, strategic partnerships and communities

    • Manage end-to-end marketing recruitment concepts, from objectives and briefs to channel selection, launch, optimization and measurement

    • Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads and other channels supporting brand and hiring goals

    • Create and edit Georgian and English content strategies for social media, events, career programs and other online and offline channels

    • Deliver technology events and brand activation campaigns, including the events promotion, speakers' preparation, vendors management, events execution and evaluation

    • Build relationships with universities, student organizations, technology communities, industry partners and local stakeholders

    • Monitor the Georgian IT talent market, candidate trends, competitors activities, media channels and partnership opportunities

    • Coordinate production suppliers, event vendors and other partners, ensuring quality, timelines consistency and budget compliance

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of employer branding & marketing experience

    • Proven track record of marketing strategies development from objectives setting to execution and optimization

    • Hands-on setting up, managing and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads

    • Analytical skills and knowledge of defining KPIs, evaluating campaign results, preparing reports and optimizing marketing activities

    • Capabilities in events management, employer brand or communities initiatives, including promotion and logistics

    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, business leaders and senior stakeholders

    • Experience in managing production suppliers, event vendors, media partners or other external service providers

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English

    Nice to have

    • Established relationships with Georgian tech communities, universities, student organizations, media or industry partners

    • Experience in planning and managing marketing budgets

    • Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools for preparing simple visual materials and providing clear design briefs
