You will have an opportunity to bring your ideas to develop the talent development function for Adobe's next decade.What you''''ll doProvide leadership development expertise and consultation on organizational needs.Lead the development and execution of global talent development processes, programs and offerings.Incorporate a strong understanding of behavioral change and scalable solutions to lead and develop solutions.Work collaboratively and proactively with key customers, subject matter experts and partners to understand and validate business needs to inform build and continuous improvement of learning solutions.Cultivate trusted relationships with Employee Experience and senior business leaders by understanding business challenges, desired outcomes, and how they translate into our leader development strategyDesign and facilitate meetings, programs, and offsites for business teams as requiredWhat you need to succeedStrong command of learning and development models, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness. Including but not limited to; behavioral change, talent management, change leadership, high performing team effectiveness and coachingUnderstanding of external trends in leadership developmentAbility to develop relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of a global company, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skillsDemonstrated track record of impactful talent management/learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrix environmentHuman capital or consulting experience with a variety of organizations, teams, or leadersStrong great teammate with demonstrated ability to work in a fast -paced environmentStrong global business and financial foresightTravel may be required up to 25% of the timeRequires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience in Human Resources, Consulting, or Change Leadership with a Bachelor's or advanced degreeOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,300 -- $242,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
