In the first 90 days, you will conquer the following:

• Learn processes & procedures, review prepared financials and provide direction to team members to bring 3 recommendations to increase efficiency to the review cycle
• Present a solution for operational consistency in client deliverables of tax returns 
• Complete your first full tax return project from start to finish with complete autonomy

Daily responsibilities include:

• Preparation of tax returns using Lacerte
• Preparation, account, and financial statements analysis in Quickbooks (Desktop and Online)
• Proficient in CFS TaxTools for payroll & 1099’s and client tax projections
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as the complete Office 365 suite 
• Passionate about creating accounting & bookkeeping systems and procedures

You are the right person if you are a Staff Tax Accountant with experience preparing tax returns in a professional CPA office environment. CPA is highly desirable.
