We are seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious Senior Accountant to join a growing family office environment. This role focuses on individual, foundation, and entity-level tax work, supporting a diverse investment portfolio with complex structures.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and review individual and entity tax returns
  • Support foundation-related tax compliance and reporting
  • Work across multiple entities and investment structures
  • Assist with tax planning and forward-looking analysis
  • Execute and improve tax workflows and processes
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of filings
  • Identify issues proactively and think through next steps and implications
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
  • Pursuing or interested in CPA or EA designation
  • 3+ years of tax experience, including:
    • Individual returns
    • Exposure to entity-level tax work
  • Foundation tax experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of tax workflows and compliance processes
  • Experience with CCH Axcess (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Inquisitive mindset - someone who naturally asks "what's next?"
  • Comfortable working in a small team with high ownership
