Due to the growth of our business, Beyondsoft Consulting Inc. is in demand for the professional services of a Senior Tax Analyst. The Senior Tax Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:

·      Conduct transfer pricing studies across the full lifecycle, including planning, documentation, compliance, and audit defense under ASC 740-10. (10%)

·      Scope, design, and perform financial analyses of intercompany transactions to benchmark and support intercompany pricing policies. (15%)

·      Prepare supplemental analyses, including market penetration studies, valuation of intangible property, and evaluation of intercompany financial transactions (e.g., loans, guarantees, insurance). (10%)

·      Gather and analyze company, industry, and market data using standard financial and transfer pricing databases. (10%)

·      Validate clients/vendors and collect qualitative and quantitative information regarding the factors affecting intercompany transactions within a group of related companies. (15%)

·      Draft transfer pricing documentation and project reports supporting compliance with tax regulations, and present findings and recommendations to clients. (10%)

·      Support business development in the field of transfer pricing by participating in scoping calls and preparing draft proposals, engagement letters, and client presentations. (10%)

·      Coordinate project execution by managing timelines, financial data requests, and deliverables under the direction of the department manager. (10%)

·      Support tax controversy and tax provision work by preparing audit materials and responses on behalf of clients and drafting memos for FIN 48 transfer pricing analysis. (10%)

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  1. Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
  2. One year of experience working on financial analysis across multiple industries.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of tax provisions.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, and SAP HANA.
  5. Strong analytical and communication skills.
