A global organization with international operations is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to support its corporate tax function. This role offers exposure to U.S. and international tax compliance, tax provision, and global reporting, while partnering with finance teams across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare U.S. federal and state income tax returns and calculate quarterly estimated payments
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions (ASC 740) under U.S. GAAP
- Review international tax provisions prepared by regional teams
- Support Irish tax filings and Country-by-Country reporting
- Model tax impacts related to forecasted results, legislative changes, and business transactions
- Assist with uncertain tax positions (FIN 48), tax research, and special projects
- Support domestic tax audits and tax notices
- Help maintain and improve tax compliance and reporting systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in income tax compliance or tax accounting
- Knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or Master's in Tax/Accounting
- Public accounting experience
- Experience with ONESOURCE tax software
- Experience with HFM or similar consolidation systems
