What You'll Do
- Lead complex corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax engagements.
- Research challenging tax issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Coach and review the work of developing tax professionals.
- Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful planning.
- Improve engagement quality, efficiency, and profitability by embracing technology and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification (minimum two exam sections completed).
- Approximately 2–4 years of public accounting tax experience.
- Experience with corporate, partnership, trust, and individual income tax returns.
- Strong technical research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Desire to mentor others and continue developing as a leader.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Target Base Salary: $95-108k commensurate with experience and credentials.
