Senior Tax Associate

Johnson County CPA firm on the Kansas side of Kansas City is adding a Senior Tax Associate to take ownership of a growing book of business clients.

Highlights
- Prepare and first-review complex 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and high-net-worth 1040 returns
- Build tax projections and walk business owners through planning options
- Delegate to, review, and train associates; manage your own client calendar
- 3–5 years public accounting tax experience; CPA or actively testing
- Hybrid schedule with flexible off-season hours
- Interviews underway now — firm wants to hire ASAP

Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $78,000–$95,000 DOE
- Bonus tied to individual and firm results
