Job Details

Assist with tax planning and compliance services for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
Prepare complex individual and partnership tax returns, including Form 1040 and related filings.
Support tax compliance needs for fund management companies and investment professionals.
Maintain regular communication with clients and internal engagement teams.
Prepare detailed tax workpapers and supporting documentation.
Conduct tax research and summarize findings related to individual and entity taxation matters.
Develop expertise in hedge fund K-1 reporting and its impact on individual taxation.
Assist with tax matters involving:
Trusts
Estates
Gift Tax
Charitable Entities
Review work prepared by junior staff for quality and accuracy, as appropriate.
Mentor and support Associates and junior team members.
Stay current on federal and state tax law developments.
Collaborate closely with Managers and Partners to deliver exceptional client service.
