Senior Tax Associate

We are looking hard for someone with 3-5 years of tax experience whether it’s a senior or light manager (someone that’s been through at least two tax seasons). Generalist. 

Our firm is in Sherman and we’re 30 minutes north of McKinney. We’ve been burned a couple of times from folks that want to live in Dallas and think they can commute only to learn a year in that they don’t want to continue with the drive 3-4 days/week. That and folks that continually hop from firm to firm every couple of years, are people we’re not interested in pursuing. 

Given that, we want to stick with folks that are within 30-40 minutes from our location, will be in the office 3-4 days per week and would be willing to have a signing bonus, that would be clawed back if they don’t last a year.

If you find anyone that meets those criteria, we’d be glad to give them a look. Compensation is pretty open, but we’d like to try and stick around $80,000 - $110,000.
