This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to join a dynamic legal team and drive strategic tax solutions for complex business challenges and jump on the fast track to Partner at a major firm! Position Details

QualificationsRequired Experience
Minimum 15+ years of tax law experience Demonstrated leadership capabilities Proven track record of developing and maintaining a portable legal practice Extensive experience in: Individual, partnership, and corporate tax law Complex commercial transaction tax strategy Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax considerations Business entity structure planning Tax risk and opportunity assessment
Preferred Expertise
Experience in specialized tax areas: Affordable housing tax credits Sales and use tax Estate planning Qualified plan administration
Technical Competencies
Advanced knowledge of federal and state tax regulations Comprehensive understanding of business taxation Strategic tax planning and controversy resolution Ability to draft complex tax-related legal memoranda and documents Expert-level problem-solving skills
Professional Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities Creative approach to multidimensional tax challenges

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year (or more based on portable/book)
