Senior Tax Manager

Our client is a well-established, growth-oriented wealth management and financial planning organization that provides comprehensive financial advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, families, executives, and business owners. The firm is recognized for its collaborative culture, client-centric approach, and commitment to delivering integrated financial solutions across tax, investment, estate, and retirement planning.

Manage complex tax planning and consulting engagements for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and business entities.

Review and oversee the preparation of individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and gift tax returns.

Develop proactive tax strategies focused on wealth preservation, business succession, estate planning, and tax efficiency.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client tax matters and provide strategic guidance throughout the year.

Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to deliver integrated planning solutions.

Research complex federal, state, and local tax issues and communicate recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Mentor and develop junior tax professionals while helping to establish best practices across the team.

Support business development efforts through client relationship management and participation in networking initiatives.

Monitor tax law changes and assess their impact on clients' planning strategies.

A successful Senior Tax Manager should have:

CPA required; MST or advanced tax degree preferred.

7+ years of progressive tax experience, including significant exposure to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.

Public accounting, family office, wealth management, or private client tax experience strongly preferred.

Strong technical expertise in federal and state taxation.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and complex engagements simultaneously.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative mindset.

Experience mentoring staff and contributing to team development.

Proficiency with leading tax preparation and research software platforms.

Competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $190,000.
