Compensation: $120,000–$160,000 Base + Performance Bonus + Partnership Path

Our client, a rapidly growing CPA and advisory firm with multiple offices throughout the Western United States, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager, CPA to join its team in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced public accounting professional who wants more than simply reviewing tax returns.

Our client provides comprehensive tax planning, accounting, advisory, payroll, audit, and consulting services to business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and high-net-worth individuals. Their professionals are viewed as trusted advisors who help clients make smarter business and financial decisions—not just tax preparers.

If you're an ambitious CPA who enjoys client relationships, leadership, tax strategy, and building a long-term future within a growing firm, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.
