Senior Tax Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Tax Manager in Linthicum, MD.

Duties Include:

• Support preparation and filing of corporate tax returns and related reporting
• Maintain and update tax process documentation and workpapers
• Assist with tax compliance activities, including extensions and estimated payments
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve tax and regulatory matters
• Support tax-related projects, process improvements, and planning initiatives
• Conduct tax research and summarize findings
• Prepare and review tax filings and supporting documentation
• Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and data requests
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives
• Generate reports and support analysis for tax and finance teams
