They have been in business for over 3 decades helping a range of clients with Tax services, Hedge Fund services, Audi & review, Bookkeeping, Family office services, financial statement preparation, new business formation & startups, Tax audit representation, Personal financial services, Offshore disclosure, Estates & Trust administration, Legal services, Start-up funding assistance, Investment advisory services

Senior Tax Manager:

• 5-12 years of experience with tax and accounting
• Experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in Management of Individuals, Fiduciary, & Business Clients
• CPA preferred. Will consider EA
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required, Masters preferred
• Proficiency in Pro Systems Tax or Axcess Tax, QuickBooks (online & desktop), MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel
• Generalist
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Certifications: CPA/EA are preferred.
• Returns: 1040, 1065, 1120, 1041, tax-exempt entity returns Prep & Review of tax projections, sales tax returns, and other tax forms Industries: Hedge funds and investments, Real Estate, Startups, Small Business
• Software: Pro Systems Tax or Axcess Tax, QuickBooks (online & desktop), MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel
