What You’ll Do

• Lead and review complex tax engagements

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams

• Own client relationships and deliver high-quality service

• Drive tax planning strategies and business advisory work

• Manage, mentor, and develop tax staff

• Represent clients before taxing authorities

• Contribute to firm growth through networking and business development

What You Bring

• 7–10 years in public accounting (progressive tax experience)

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Experience with complex tax matters and client representation

• CPA license (active and in good standing)

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation a plus)

What to Expect

• Occasional travel for client meetings and events

• Some overtime during the year

• Busy season (Jan–April) may require 55+ hours/week
